10. Program Evaluation

All continuing activities should provide participants an opportunity to complete an evaluation.    When designing an evaluation, a good starting point is to review your objectives.   Did the program content and speakers accomplish the stated objectives?  Other areas to consider are: dates, topics, speakers, location, venue, comfort of meeting rooms, audiovisual, handouts and food and beverage.

Evaluations may be completed at the end of a program or post program using online tools such as Survey Monkey.
