Designed for those who have sufficient clerical support and knowledge of PeopleSoft and the University’s policy governing the collection and expenditure of registration fees.  Services include: Includes the services offered in the Meeting Planner package.  In addition, the following services are provided at a flat rate per participant: Includes the services offered in the Meeting Planner and Meeting Planner Plus packages.  In addition, the following services are provided:
  • Online access to budget, Letter of Agreement, and Pre-program Narrative forms (Meeting Planner and Meeting Planner Plus only)
  • Online access to a fiscal management system that allows you to track revenue and expenses
  • Advanced funding for initial expenses
  • Training on DOCE procedures
  • Establishment of Program Development Account (Share) for residual revenue
  • Online Registration Page Development
  • Online registrations via a secure server
  • Receipt of registration via mail, fax, online, and email
  • Preparation of bank deposits
  • Confirmation letter for each registration
  • Invoicing purchase orders and tracking accounts receivable of registrations
